Returns

We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or used in any way.

Sale items are final and non-returnable under any circumstances.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be reported as damaged upon arrival.

Any damage reported after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

We reserve the right to decline any damage claims that fall outside this timeframe or show signs of wear.
Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.
