Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or used in any way.
  • Sale items are final and non-returnable under any circumstances.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Damaged Items
  • If your item arrives damaged, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be reported as damaged upon arrival.
  • Any damage reported after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
  • We reserve the right to decline any damage claims that fall outside this timeframe or show signs of wear.
Refunds
  • Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
